once i wake up, i saw my uniform on the bed
I START CRYING & HOLD MUMMY tight tight
don't wanna let her go and told her
:" MUMMY, I DON'T WANT GO SCHOOL,
I DON'T WANT UNIFORM!
I WANT FOLLOW MUMMY
I WANT GO OFFICE!"
keep repeating the same thing while crying..

TIL TO TADIKA still crying...

Mummy ask me not to cry
later will ???
I answer :" LATER I VOMIT OH!"
so mummy said ,
you see you know later you'll vomit, then u must stop crying
I JUST DON'T CARE, I KEEP CRYING CRYING

MUmmy bring me into the class..
teacher came
i told mummy :" I DON'T WANT TEACHER "BAO" (carry)
teacher also laugh, coz i said it while crying
then teacher answer me:" I DON'T WANT BAO YOU,
BUT YOU COME IN PLAY WITH YOUR FRIENDS, OK?

Mummy accompany me do some colouring
then I stop crying

Mummy gotto go dy
Teacher come and carry me
and I start cry again

seeing me cry but she just go off like that
and I just look at her going off from me

Hi, I chance upon ur blog while googling for Tunas Riang. Would like to seek your opinion and experience in this kindergarten. How do you find it?
hi annie... i like this kindergarten very much , as the teacher there all very friendly and caring, and everywhere u go is so clean .. the fees is same as others kindergarten as well..and it's an international standard kind of kindergaten...no worry if u send ur kids there..btw, where u staying? how u know about this kindergarten?

Sorry that i did not clarify to you earlier, as i do not want to skew your opinion.
My daughter goes to another kindergarten in the morning and comes here in the noon. We started Tunas Riang in Aug 08 - after my babysitter migrated. She cried for 2 whole months everymorning. Before, she never cry to school. She was happy going to school. Mind you, she will be std 1 next year. Anyway, her case is different from those younger kids. She just cried for our attention, that’s all. She’s not crying anymore after I gave her a piece of my mind. My main sharing point here is not about my daughter.
It's my son. He'll be 3 end of this year. We sent our son to Tunas Riang in Aug too. He cried and on the 2nd day, developed fever and was sick for one whole week. We sent him back to school again when he recovered. In the morning he refused to wear the uniform. He cried when we reached school. I just let the teacher carried him down (the sister went to another school). In the evening, at home, he was totally a different person. He used to be independent and played by himself. But since going to tadika, he sticked to me like glue and cried everytime I was out of sight. In the middle of the nite, he’ll cry at least twice with his eye closed. It was tiring. It was also my fault that I did not stay with him in school on the first day.
My son is rather timid and gets frightened easily. We knew that he was “frightened” of school. So after a week of crying, we decided to stop tadika and my aunt help to look after him. He was so happy at my aunt’s place back in hometown. Every time we go back to see him, he wants to follow us back. So we told him that he has to go to school then. He did not want to answer us or look away each time we mentioned SCHOOL. He even refused to say the word “school” initially. But after many rounds of talking and explaining to him, now he said he wants to come back and go to school. He has been telling people he is going to school again. So he is coming back to school again this holiday, together with the sister. I hope this time he is more prepared.
Why am I asking you when my own kids already in the tadika? Well, because my friend told me that Tunas Riang is not good due to her daughter’s experience. On the other hand, I also have friends that told me this tadika is good. At least 4 of my daughter’s music classmate go to this day care and they are happy. I’ve got mixed feeling. I find the school cleanliness and security is good. Teachers look polite and gentle. But I don’t stay around the school to see how they handle the kids when parents not around. That’s why I ask around.
Another thing, why do you say that it's international standard?
I stay near Bukit Rimau.
At the first glance, Tunas Riang is clean and secured. This I can personally assured, as they clean the place every time and the doors are locked when the school starts.
The only problem is the class is to big, more than 25 per class, and the teacher there mostly fresh. My boy's class had their teacher changed 4 times in less than 6 months. When teacher changed in transition stage, the auntie that help to bath them will come to take care of the class.
so imagine what our child will learn, and also since the class is to big, the teachers were unable to effectively control the class, and let the children fight.
I had met some of the parents that left that kindy and mostly complain that the child did not learn any thing.
I transfered my child to else where.
since this is a long long time ago post..any comment for this Kindergarten so far?
